Operator outreach · Local by design

LinkedIn messages you can personalize, launch, and watch live

Paste a curated list, write one template with {name}, attach a deck if you need to — then Sendline walks LinkedIn in Chrome while you follow every step in the log.

Invite-only. An admin creates your account — there is no public sign-up.

Your machine

Runs on the operator PC. LinkedIn session and credentials stay local to your setup.

{name} built in

One template, first-name personalization, optional attachment on every send.

Human-like sending

Types each message and pauses between people — see behavior for details.

Onboarding

Five steps to your first campaign

Everything below is the same flow your admin expects you to follow after invite.

Only one campaign uses Chrome at a time. If someone else is sending, yours waits in line until theirs finishes.

  1. Get your invite

An admin creates you as a Campaign user and sends email plus a temporary password privately.

  2. Sign in

Use that email and password on the login page. Your people list stays on your account.

  3. Connect LinkedIn

Enter your LinkedIn login once — stored encrypted. Leave password blank on later visits to keep the saved one, or use Remove from Sendline to delete credentials and the automation browser session.

  4. Write the campaign

One full name per line, or upload a .csv / .txt export from Excel, Numbers, or Sheets. Message must include {name}. Attachment optional, under 25 MB.

  5. Launch while Chrome is free

Chrome opens on your profile. Complete LinkedIn sign-in or 2FA in that window once; later runs reuse the session. Watch the live log and stop anytime.

One Chrome for everyone

If another client is already sending, your launch waits in line. The UI shows when Chrome is busy. You cannot start a second campaign of your own until the first ends — Stop only closes your run.
